Let's plays.

For those of you know don't know. LPs (Let's plays) show a video game being played while the player talks about what they're doing in commentary with video, screenshots or both. Rarely some sections are done "off screen" or sped up, but in most cases the playthrough is a complete run of the game done in informative or humourous style so as to keep your attention. You know how you are.

Personal I had made 353+ videos covering 10+ games on Youtube to date! (I use the same username on youtube). I would love to meet and interact with any Let's Players or just anyone who loves Let's plays.

 

That sounds amazing. i have always wanted to lets play but I havent had the equipment. A few friends and I are currently working on it but who knows if it will ever come to fruition. nyaing.

My Favorite is Chuggaaconroy!

 

I love Chuggaaconroy, and the group he plays with, I cant remember their name. I also watch...Tobuscus and I think another or two but its been a while so I cant remember. Oh then theres this cool new guy named profpowerline! nyaing

 

TheRunAwayGuys! ProtonJon, NintendoCapriSun, and Chuggaaconroy! I used to watch tobuscus, but he sang a little to much for me.
Profpowerline? ha! that guy can't even get his capture card to work right!

 

I just started a lets play of Mugen Souls last week. I got a hauppauge pvr 2 HD gaming edition capture box. I love it.

I don't talk completely through my videos what with story dialogue and whatnot. i know some ppl like commentary some don't so i'm trying to give the best of both worlds so to speak XD. Especially JRPGs cuase they can be really slow at times especially in the beginning

 

It can be hard to find that balance but in a come that has a lot of dialogue I think you made the right move.

 

If any of you like the Dragon Quest games or Secret of Mana you should check out Saigancat. He has a lot of videos up including Dragon Quest X although he doesn't translate much of the text he understands enough to get through the game both online and offline. There are more games than those but I just don't feel like listing them.

I won't be just doing games like that though. i'll be doing some retro stuff like the old school sonic games, some super mario stuff and of course current and next gen stuff as well
