Shinji Ikari is the benchmark of how to make a hateble character.

    On a scale of 1-10,
    Jesus #1,
    Shinji #9000

    Whoops, scale broke again :)

Oh yeah and #2 also. Friendship is magic. You better believe it.

That your nose only bleeds if you're in a manga and looking at an attractive person. (Unless you are in a comedy anime).

Anime has taught me that no matter what anyone says or does i should trust in my own ideals and not be corrupted by anyone else regardless of what they say. It also taught me that if i want to succeed dont shove my failures onto other people i should just keep on trying until i finally succeed.

It was suggested on the FB page that I file these somewhere and this seems like the appropriate place. I post one every Saturday.

Anime is (albiet secretly) is the reason for how i live my life now, everyone says Im nice, and a good person, and blah blah blah, but its really because i watched to much anime, being raised in an enviroment where everyone liked things i had no interest in, so upon watching toonami, i was instantly hooked.

Probably one of the biggest things i learned watching anime was from the gundam series and thats, how to truely end a war. Both Gundam SEED, and 00Gundam both showed the real way to end a war, 00Gundam being the better of the 2, showing how, regardless, people will always try to fight for selfishly

Some of my younger heros are the likes of
    [IMG][IMG]

    And others being
    [IMG][IMG][IMG]

yea, i have quite the mix of anime heros and lessons learned from them, i guess thats what makes me so attractive to people :/ to bad once they find it is "cus of that japanese porn stuff" they laugh me off

    1. If you get the right group of teenagers together, they could take down all of the world's armies at once and not even bat an eye. These kids eat demons and otherworldly beings for breakfast, good luck trying to take them down with that little pea shooter you call an M-16.

    2. Speaking of guns, always bring a sword to a gun fight. It doesn't even have to be a laser sword as long as you learn how to deflect bullets. At that point, your only concern is anyone else who brings a sword to a gun fight.

    3. People die when they are killed. Except when they don't.

    4. Years of combat experience doesn't even begin to compare to a teenage protagonist who enters the battlefield WITH COURAGE, AND A FIGHTING SPIRIT THAT BURNS AS BRIGHT AS THE SUN!!!!

    5. Be careful when handling black notebooks, they can be deadly.

    6. The proper music can give you a distinct advantage in battle. If it's your "theme song" then that fight's pretty much in the bag.

    7. Don't mess with little girls, some of them can shoot laser beams that would make the Death Star piss itself.

    8. Friendship, justice, righteousness, courage, honor, and the Heart of the Cards.

    9. You see that giant sword that's about as big as an average car? The guy who's wielding it can probably swing it around with one hand. Your life officially sucks when you have to fight that guy.

    10. Katanas are pretty much the best weapon ever invented, no matter which time period you're in. If it's a katana made by Masamune or Muramasa then congratulations, you might as well be a Greek god. In fact, you could probably kill a Greek god if you really wanted to.

Okay, real talk, anime does have some good lessons if you're paying attention. Just recently, I was feeling kinda depressed and an anime reminded me that I am more than I think I am, and I have more friends who understand me than I realize.

Well...that got a little more real than I planned, so let me counter-balance that with this. Anime also taught me that riding on top of two horses while standing up, with a giant battleaxe in your hands, while going up a wall at an almost 90-degree angle is totally possible if you're awesome enough. I haven't tried it out yet, but it sounds legit.

I guess Anime has taught me to be more careful with how you meet people. (Not saying that people are bad but it's just some of their actions they can make once they have your credential and stuff like that.) Also the fact that....no matter how sticky the situation, everything will be alright in the end. You just need a positive attitude, a smile and a good friend/s to get you though it.
