What Anime Are You Currently Watching / Recently Finished?

@batosai Loving it, I haven't seen the anime in two months since I was gone, now I get the chance to finish it, along with the other 2 anime I'll watch with it

 

Since it's the start of the new season I've started a lot of new stuff (I'm kind of overwhelmed by it) out of all the stuff I'm watching I'm interested most in Golden time and outbreak company, i don't know why but there is something about normal people in fantasy world's that i just love

Good to hear you're liking it. Once i get all my animes sorted out i will get back to reading the manga.

I've watched the first BlazBlue, as expected from the first episode: AWESOME!!!, and up to episode 64 of D.Gray-man

 

watching Fate/Zero, Index 2, and several of the currently airing anime.

 

Up to episode 70 of D.Gray-man, a few more episodes and I'll watch the next anime, something relaxing for once

 

Caught up with Hajime no Ippo. Now gonna watch all the new releases i want to try and Aoi Bungaku.

 

Reached the third checkpoint of D.Gray-man, episode 76. I almost finish the anime at last.

Just finished re-waching Kiki's Delivery Service.  Currently re-watching Rurouni Kenshin, watching Fairy Tail, and catching up on Bleach.

Can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not, but I found RKB incredibly boring. Even for 12 episodes, I still think it was way longer than it had a right to be.

Anywarg, I finished Ergo Proxy earlier today and the ending was flat-out awesome. Definitely an all-around enjoyable anime with a great cast of characters.

Next on my list, via the numbers game, are Ano Natsu de Materu and Nisemonogatari. Kimi Ni Todoke is also off in the distance.

It's because I placed SAO and Ro-Kyu-Bu!, that's why. Oh well, SAO will be for another time.
Half-way done with season one though, very entertaining with the comedy and the moe, I've also watched the latest Kyoukai no Kanata and the first Noucome

 

I finished the first season of Ro-Kyu-Bu!, the OVA and episode 4 of SS. As well as the latest Kill la Kill and Naruto: Shippuden dub

 

finished rewatching Ghost Hunt the other day and now i'm rewatching Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood again.

 

Completed Medeka Box. Now to wait for the dub to be put up on DT which I've already requested. Thought I was going to have to wait for S2 to be dubbed, turns out it's already dubbed.

Also started Michiko to Hatchin, 4 eps through and its enjoyable so I can’t wait to see happens next.
I saw the 1st ep subbed. Then due to not being able to find the name of the show (Watched it on a broadcast station online and they titled it as Noise, WTF?!) and due to life etc. I never got around to continuing it which good thing to for now da dub ish out man! > So maybe I'll give the dub a watch later on too.

 

I finished Ano Natsu de Matteru today. I'm going to write a "small" paragraph here about how this anime *should* completely change 12 episode series from now on.

This anime completely blew me away. I gave it a 9/10 for now only because I feel like giving it a 10 would be little too much of a stretch, but i'll tell you this cuts pretty darn close. When most people associate 12 episode anime with romantic comedy, they think of harem and cliche. Well guess what? This looks exactly like a harem and cliche anime. But it's not, and anyone that has the balls to say that it's cliche is going to get a swift digital kick in the face. This is the type of storytelling that we need to see more of from 12 episode anime. The plot moves quickly, pointless segments are avoided, and the characters that people want to see developed are developed! Best of all, the relationships actually happen before the anime ends! Isn't that just awesome!? Finally, a 12 episode rom com with an actual relationship in it instead of just the buildup to it! This is what we need more of! I can't even count how many animes would be 100x better if they had just kissed earlier in the series! Also, the characters themselves "look" as though they're playing cliche roles, but my goodness I was wrong. They're developed to the point where most of the them could be real people you actually knew, and that scores major points in my book. I will admit the ending is a little cheesy, but this anime did something I haven't seen in quite a while, and that's take cliche things and make them cool again. Not everything is "cliche-based", but for the most part it did a great job at putting a spin on the old-guard. If ANYONE has the audacity to call this anime cliche, even after the ending, they would need to go soak their face in some sh!tty rom coms in order to learn the difference!

As you can see, I take my rom coms very seriously... or at least I try too.
