We all have music we either like or love and that we also want to share. So let's post em.

Note: You may post as many music vids as you like but only 1 (ONE) music vid can be outside a spoiler in a single post. If you are posting more than 1 music vid in a single post then please spoiler the rest. Thanks. This is to prevent slow load times. As silly as it may sound I have tested exactly how badly the load times are when there are a bunch of vids on 1 page of a thread and the result is that 2 vids per person at 10 posts per page takes 16 secs to load, that's WITH a fast connection just so you know. Also it takes 10 secs to load with a fast connection for 1 vid per post and 15 posts per page. Please follow this rule to prevent slow load times. Sorry about this and thank you.

Well, my taste in music is one of the reasons why I believe myself to be "different" in the general nerd society. My "outward" music tastes - or what I don't hide from anyone - is Alternative Rap; a little bit of Hopsin, a little bit of D-Pryde, and a lot of Odd Future, though I am more of a Tyler the Creator fan. Because I became so spoiled with clever and genius mind-screwing lyrics and dark(er) beats, sometimes I can't even stand to listen to the mainstream rap I liked back when I was younger - 50 Cent I just find too embarrassing, and at times I find Eminem to be laughable. Mainstream rap today - dear god don't get me started with that trash.

On a completely different tangent - when I fantasize myself hanging out in anime, I imagine myself quiet and apathetic, but when you get to know me, I act like how WITH ONLY my cousin and I like to joke around, being a complete white "black" boy and trolling the heck out of people. :p I like to imagine reactions from certain characters with that, XD and also becoming a mentor to love and relationships later on.

My "closet" tastes are what I listen to more often. Game soundtracks - mostly Kingdom Hearts - and Anime or Vocaloid songs. I absolutely love the KH orchestral pieces from Drammatica, and the two-album piano collection. I'm currently learning to play piano also, but it will be a long time before I can play those songs, but persevere I will! The anime and Vocaloid songs I just find through watching shows or surfing the web and download through Youtube, but I love them no less.

Hey, Hurricaneria! I feel like we've rode out into glorious battle together at some point.

I like a lot of different kinds of music, but I tend to listen to more Power/Progressive/Symphonic/Folk Metal more than anything. Now, you might be thinking that it would have been quicker to just say "Heavy Metal" and be done with it, but there's actually a big difference between traditional Heavy Metal and it's various sub-genres. For example, I really don't like screaming vocals at all, it takes a special kind of band for me to even tolerate it. You'll (probably) see that in most cases, the genres I mentioned use clean vocals with little to no screaming vocals. That's how I roll.

But as I said, I am a fan of many different kinds of music. You name it, I've probably listened to something in that genre and really liked it. Rock, Alternative Rock, Video Game Soundtrack, Anime Soundtrack, Classical, Neo-Classical Metal, Heavy Metal, J-Rock, J-Pop, Techno, Dubstep, Dojin, even a little bit of Country sometimes. In fact, the only genres that I consistently don't like are Rap, Hip-Hop and Reggae, but even then I've found a few artists in those genres that I like.

Here's a few examples...if I got the coding right. I'm still not that good at forum stuff yet.
