    Yays, I has a thing for six months ^_^

    My answer: My house doesn't have much to offer, and I'm not the most interesting person. But we're in the middle of renovating, and soon the game room is gonna have a wicked setup with a 55" TV. My grandma always brings in food when she visits, which one of my friends says is a highlight.

    What rotate days after 6 months, I'm not doing that. I've had Fridays ever since QOTD was created back in October of 2011 around the 24 by Nagisa/Timekeeper and since then I have only not posted once. This was no more than 5 days after I joined so QOTD is basically a large part of my forum experience so I will not give it up.
    Instead how about we use the old rules made by the original owner, you forget 3 times in 1 month the day is given to someone else.





    Anyway Fridays question, which do you prefer to catalogue your anime MAL or AP? Why?

    I personally prefer MAL's set up to AP's, I just find it easier to use and I've found a couple of really good series based off of others suggestions there. Meanwhile I'm not so keen to AP's list limit of only showing 500 items on a single page as I like having it all displayed on one. I never really got the hang of AP but I guess that it because I heard of MAL first and made my account there so I didn't have a need for a second one.

    I started using MAL, but then I saw the "life spent on anime" sig and wanted it, so I started with AP. Then I just preferred pretty much everything about AP, the layout, the easier way to update what episode you're up to, the aesthetics, etc.

    I prefer A-P for the "life spent on anime" sig also. I also find it easier to update my anime. I love the badge system, too. I have some of the wackiest badges for watching bizarre anime.

    I only have a MyAnimeList account, and I got that fairly recently, it was after I saw it mentioned on JustDubs's Facebook page. A-P seems interesting, but I do not think I can be bothered to copy my list to a different site, that essentially does all the same stuff. Why doesn't MAL have some similar signatures anyway?

    I guess if it's that important to you don't change it then. It would just be more interesting to see more people asking questions.

    I prefer MAL more. But for sigs I use a custom site which allows you to edit the layout however you want. Which includes adding features that both MAL and AP have.

    We've always celebrated Mother's Day in my family. When we were little we would go the McD and get my mother the big breakfast and give her our handmade cards. Now that I'm the mum, Bailey usually get me an exotic plant. Today we are cooking dinner for my mother. It never has been about the commercial side of the holiday, but spending time together and being thoughtful.

    My family doesn't partake. Partly because mum hates it (yesterday when I saw her, I told her "Happy Mother's Day" in the most sarcastic way I could, with her response being "F*** off.") and partly because there shouldn't need to be a day for something that should be done all year round.
