What Anime Are You Currently Watching / Recently Finished?

Finished Mayo Chiki! and Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai.

Mayo Chiki! is forever going to be one of my guilty pleasure animes. In terms of quality, I enjoyed the fact that the main character was unique and actually had a reason for shying away from the girls instead of just being a huge pu$$y like the mc in a lot of other harem anime. It was also paced quickly for a 12 episode anime, which means that more things happen per episode than what I was originally expecting. It was a fun watch.

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukinai was also a fun watch, but I absolutely hated the main heroine. It's one thing to push someone else's buttons, quite another to act like a complete asshole [or b!tch in this case]. I found I really didn't care for the main story arc at all. I just wanted to see the other characters because this mc was another Howard Blandy.

 

I finished up Galaxy Railways. Didn't really like this one. It didn't suck but nothing noteworthy at all about it. Well except for flying trains in space, that never got old.

 

Forgot to say but been watching Haganai I don't have many friends. (Aka Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai) I'm LOVING this anime and am almost finished with S1 (Watching dub btw) Shame I'll have to wait for S2 and anything else related to it to be dubbed. *Sigh* Another one joins the waiting for dub list. COME ON FUNI! Hurry up and dub these awesome anime! I'm STILL waiting. *Taps foot*

Just got done watching the A Certain Magical Index movie. It was pretty good to!

 

Completed Darker than Black series. I was hoping for something to happen between Hei and Misaki.

Completed Haganai I don’t have many friends. (Aka Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai) along with the extra ep that's basically ep 13. (All dubbed) This anime is awesome! Now yet another title joins the list of waiting for the dub of the next season. >.> Btw, anyone know if the ep 0 which was made in 2011 (Only a month or so before the show itself aired fyi) will ever get dubbed? I doubt it but any confirmation here will help me to determine whether to give in and watch it sub or try and wait it out.

I think I'm going to start Dragonaut. Hope it's worth my time since it doesn't seem highly regarded. Can never really tell though untill you watch. Finding diamonds in the rough is a worthwhile pursuit so let's see how this goes.

Is that Dragonaut the Resonance? If so yeah it's a good fun series! Crap CGI tho.

I normally don't stop watching anime midway, but this is a... special case...

 

Watched some Dragonaut the Resonance and not bad so far. Kind of strange though that they threw a swimsuit episode so early in the show but what kind of anime with uh... exaggerated character models doesn't have a swimsuit episode? Everything is good so far and looking forward to later episodes.

 

Finally got myself to watch quite a few animes so i'm done with the weeklys that were stacking up.

Finished Cat Planet Cuties the other day, but haven't started anything new. I think I'mma gone write a review of CPC right now. ^_^

 

Finished Code Geass. Now full focus on Hajime no Ippo. 43 eps, 2 movies and a special ep remaining.

Finished Yamada's first time. Let me say this. Loved the anime but the ending for it was DAMN disappointing! That said, don't let that stop you from watching this anime because it's worth it imo.

Started watching Angel Tales. Ep1 was well, sad and happy all at the same time and I almost cried a few times. *Sniff* Looking forward to finishing this anime. >

Past the halfway point of Dragonuat. Kazuki is climbing up the ranks of the most annoying characters I ever had the displeasure of viewing. This guy is seriously starting to mess up my opinion of the show. The show is good but is getting stupid whenever it shows his face. Please, anyone...make him disappear.
