Anyone else played this one. it is actually the only one that i have completed 100% and seems to be one that most have at least heard of so yea discuss and whatnot


Description
Hisao Nakai is a normal high school student, currently in his final year of high school. One day Hisao receives a letter from parties unknown in his locker and waits at the written place for the sender. The person who wrote the letter turns out to be his crush; while speaking to her, he suddenly collapses. He awakes in a hospital bed, and is told by the doctors that the reason he collapsed is due to arrhythmia, a rare heart condition that causes his heartbeat to sometimes become irregular. Due to this, his parents have enrolled him in Yamaku, a school for disabled students of all kinds.

 

I havent done 100 percent completeion yet, but i really like it. It is really cool and gets pretty dang emotional sometimes, Hanakos branch killed me to finish.

 

Hanako's route was my personal favorite followed by Lily and Emi in a tie for second. Shizune's was alright i guess. Alot of people i talk to really like Rin's but idk it wasnt my cup of tea.

 

I have done all of Emi, she was first. It was a bit...Interesting, but not quite as..I dont know how to put it. Hanako was second and I loved hers, I need to get her bad ending, but how am I supposed to do that! It would kill me! I am currently trying to get Shizunes because I freaking love Misha, and Shizune is gettting more tolerable as her route continues, I hated her at first. I have started Lillys but havent gotten very far yet. And Rin is last on the list just because the no arms thing kinda...and I dont mean to sound rude or anything, but kinda weird me out, though I do love Rin from Emis route.

 

A very good visual novel with very well done writing.

Favourite character has to be Lilly, not because she has the most sex sense (she has one extra from everyone else) it's mostly due to the fact that she's blind... I actually personally have very bad vision and I think it struck something in me or something.

Least favourite character has to be Rin... Now it's not because she has no arms... it's because I found around her ending she started to get less and less likeable, she then goes through that whole depression and honestly that's when I got frustrated and got mad... plus the ending was a total meh! Mind you she had her moments.

Worst ending had to be Shizune's. I don't know why but that ending was VERY odd and confusing... at least for me; due to the fact that it wasn't clear whether you where you together with her or not. Her bad end on the other hand wasn't bad but it was very DEPRESSING that ending made you literally feel like a complete asshole.

 

Rin's route seems to be the most debated it almost seems like one of those things that you either love or hate. The ending for Shizune's was pretty unclear on what was going to happen afterwards and just left you with then standing there fists in the air. Mostly all the bad ends that i recall made you feel like an ass, especially Hanako's. The first route i did was Emi's by accident and that seems too be a very common thing for anyone trying to get Hanako's route first try.

 

I just started this one and even though I have only played about 30 minutes i can tell it's going to be good.

 

I have to say I loved Rins route most; Her character just stood out to me the most. Although I enjoyed all the routes save for shizunes, I only did her route for completion. I ended up with 100%.

 

I've finished Rin's and Emi's. Call me a heartless bastard, but I didn't really like KS all that much. Are the other 3 routes any better?

 

I've played through all but one route in the game but I can't remember who's route it was that I had not finished. I liked it alright. It wasn't the best VN I've played but it wasn't awful. The only route I really liked were Rin's and Hanako's.

 

Rin was my favorite for sure! She was so interesting and compelling... I really fell in love with her. Although I must say, Lilly was also a favorite.

 

Shizune's route was sooooooo boring; it was torture. Rin4lyfe

 

Dropped this VN after 2h of gameplay. It's way too slooooooooooooooooooow even for a VN

 

Well it is more of a choose your own adventure (or story) game so it's more of a book in that way with pictures and music. Also it was kind of expected of it to be slow with the kind of story it was telling, but yeah that shit was way to slow IMO as well. While I did like it, it wasn't amazing... even though I played it for about 4 months... Yeah it sucked up a lot of my life and was a bit too depressing.
