    Everything worth having comes to an end. Places are not inherently meaningful; we invest them with meaning and beauty.

    It's been over 15 years since discovered JustDubs. The reviews I wrote, podcasts I recorded, games I programmed for the site - they're all distant memories now. But fond ones for me, and hopefully a few other friends who have long since disappeared. They say that you die twice: when your leave this mortal coil and also when someone thinks of you for the last time. JAN was only ever a state of mind, an ethereal place in cyberspace, but when it is gone we'll still have those fond memories.
