Is it really that bad dubbed? Not like I need convincing, I don't watch anything dubbed these days. Hell I even went out of my way to watch a new pokemon short subbed because I couldn't stand the english voices.

 

The dub is alright, heard worse but you lose the charm and chaotic randomness

 

yes it is they should of done what they did for ghost stories have the voice actors do random chaos

 

Those are the ones. Honoka's is the least memorable for me. Come on leader. I only used the stamps in the rhythmic carnivals since those wait times are horrendous. I don't think you've played a rhythmic carnival, right? You're in a lobby with up to 100 people and so you've got to wait a while before starting the song.
Although I don't mind screeching Ruby.

I'd agree and disagree with this. Ghost Stories comes off as an official abridged series due to its dub. It makes the serious show into a comical one. Reason being that apparently the source was so boring that dubbing it normally wouldn't be profitable, so why even acquire it?
And while it is loved, I know there is also a bit of hate out there too.

 

if they made nichijou an official abridged it would work with the animation throw hillrly hagg and jade saxton and it would be funny as hell

I never did start conan. I'm still intrigued but I can't be bothered to nowadays. I find it hard enough to sit through 50 episodes. I lose attention in a series very quickly sometimes. I still haven't gotten back to Hayate no Gotoku despite having it on my watching list without being updated for a year and a half now.

 

The closest I came to watching Conan was when I found out there was a decent car chase in one of the movies. It looked good and the clip I saw was paired well with eurobeat. Now I know the eurobeat wasn't from the movie itself but it doesn't hurt get the attention.

 

Tbh it got me into anime the first time around so that's why I like it same with riddle story of the devil

 

I'm still a little surprised that Akuma no Riddle was well received by someone. It felt like a lot of wasted potential to me. Even Maddy our resident yuri fan thought it was only worth a 3. And she'd eat up anything yuri. Here I gave it a 4 myself.
