Merc Storia Anime Reveals Full Title, October Premiere, New Visual

The official website for the television anime of Happy Elements' Merc Storia Merc Storia -Yujutsushi to Suzu no Shirabe~ smartphone role-playing game revealed the anime's visual and October premiere date on Friday. The anime will air on Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, BS11, and AT-X. It also revealed the anime's full title as Merc Storia -Mukiryoku no Shōnen to Bin no Naka no Shōjo- (Merc Storia: The Apathetic Boy and the Girl in a Bottle).



The fantasy strategy role-playing game is set in a world where humans and monsters co-exist. In the main story, a boy apprentice "Yujutsushi" (healer), with the power to heal those who clash, embarks on a journey to restore the memories of his friend Merc, a girl trapped in a bottle. The game then expands with different event stories in each country.

The game launched for iOS and Android devices in 2014.

Happy Elements' Last Period: the journey to the end of the despair also inspired a television anime that premiered on April 12. Crunchyroll streamed the anime as it aired in Japan.
