Kadokawa began streaming a 15-second commercial on Friday for the television anime of Nyoijizai's Harukana Receive manga. The commercial previews the opening theme song "FLY two BLUE." Kana Yūki and Saki Miyashita are performing the song as their characters Haruka Ōzora and Kanata Higa, respectively.

The anime will premiere on July 6 on AT-X at 9:00 p.m., followed by Tokyo MX at 25:40 (effectively 1:40 a.m. on July 7). The show will also air on TV Aichi, Sun TV, Ryukyu Broadcasting Corporation, KBS Kyoto, TVQ Kyushu Broadcasting Co., Ltd. and BS 11, and it will stream on d Anime Store (Docomo Anime Store) and AbemaTV.

    The anime stars:

Toshiyuki Kubooka (Berserk: The Golden Age Arc) is directing the anime at C2C, and Touko Machida (A Centaur's Life, Wake Up, Girls!) is supervising and writing the series scripts. Takeshi Oda (Onee-chan ga Kita, Tenchi Muyo! Ryo Ohki 4) is designing the characters and serving as chief animation director. Akiko Fujita is directing the sound at HALF H·P STUDIO. Rasmus Faber (The Asterisk War: The Academy City on the Water, Lagrange - The Flower of Rin-ne) is composing the music at Kadokawa.

Cast members Kana Yūki, Saki Miyashita, Atsumi Tanezaki, and Rie Suegara will perform the ending theme song "Wish me luck!!!" as their respective characters.

Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga and plans to release the first two volumes in July and October. The company describes the story:

When high schooler Haruka moves to Okinawa, she finds herself enamored with the beach right outside her front door and resolves to form a volleyball team with her cousin, Kanata. However, because she's so short, Kanata gave up on volleyball ages ago. Can Haruka get her to take up the sport again in time for the junior tournament?

Nyoijizai launched the manga in Houbunsha's Manga Time Kirara Forward magazine in August 2015. The fifth compiled volume shipped on April 12.
