Tsubasa Chronicle: The Clamp World

So this is the first Clamp written anime I've watched through. Something that I noticed when watching through XXX Holic it had a bunch of overlapping characters between the two animes. This got me thinking hmmm I should research into some of the lore between them. A few years later a friend of mine KondaImmortal bought a couple of the mangas put out by Clamp (X) turns out even more overlapping characters appear between this and the anime. I don't know about everyone else but I'm quite curious what Clamp is up to with all these overlapping characters/timelines/story lines, and I would like some help cataloging and figuring out the rest of the lore for Clamp. (yes I have checked around online and so far my searches for this subject have been fruitless, so I say we catalog the lore here)
