'Minigames' You'd Like To See As Standalone Games

Have you ever played a minigame or used an aspect of a game that's so good/fun/well designed that you felt that it was maybe too good to just be a minor part of a bigger game? Something that, if it turned up as a standalone game, you would throw money at the screen? Why don't you share it with us all on this thread.
Personally, the one I want more than anything else is a standalone version of the Chao Garden from Sonic Adventure 2. Honestly, what they had there was the basis of a pretty damned good game on it's own. Raise the Chao, feed them, train them, take them to Kindergarten, race them and enter them in fights with other Chao. I spent the longest time raising my Chao in SA2, and i would spend more if they released a more fleshed out version of it on it's own.
Did I mention you could unlock Chao Heaven and Hell? That's important.

ALtho i heard now there is a mod that you can add that every fight battle is decided by Gwent lol

 

FFX Blitzball comes to mind.

Really one of the few minigames I actually bothered to play with

I remember how easy it was to accidentely abuse your Chao. And then the little noises they make, it makes me weak in body and soul man!

 

Blitzball was fantastic use to play hours at that game lol

 

I remember that Chao minigame.
What about Chokobo racing on Final Fantasy VII?

 

Maybe not a $60 game or anything, but does anybody remember Mini Game Island from Mario Party 1? If they could take something like that and put a bunch of assorted minigames into that with some other goodies, I'd love to see it as on Eshop title.

And uh I wanted Kirby Fighters to be its own game and then it was! Imagine that.

Now if they could just explain the rules.
