Mhm, I see. It was just a big deal because for as long as I've basically been terrorising Last Person which goes back more than a year now I couldn't once recall seeing you post anything there newer than from when I joined, you seemed illusive to this thread and really the asylum as a whole. And that is why it was a big deal regardless of your reasons for why you posted in here.

you have a point I do frequent this thread and turn it into a discussion with whoever wants to really. It is more fun than just stating victory all the time.

Well I find the thread really quite pointless… I only came here because the observation about nothing being wisdom was ripe for a wisecrack/astute observation. And I always get my man on those.
Also I tend to avoid the asylum for similar reasons… That’s why my posts seem so rare in general.


Well yeah it is pointless but it was a good place for the new members to get familiar with the forum in, and after that I turned this into my chat room essentially, this was before everyone was chatting on Skype frequently so it was kind of needed for communicating some sort of continuous daily life situations every now and then.
Well asylum posts from you are even rarer than stuff about the pope, so yeah...

Man I was cranky yesterday.
I obviously didn’t mean to basically say “Asylum sucks, y’all suck.” I mean this is sort of the place people go to hang out. And this and the counting endlessly thread are a good place to do these discussions.

Exactly, not the cranky part the good hang out place section. So while it may only be the asylum, it doesn't mean that everything has to be worthless just that most of the content wont hold much meaning. Meaning is given to valuables only through their perceived worth and who gives them this worth, us, each individual user. To me particularly this thread holds quite a lot of memories from when I first joined by just having conversations that'd span across a couple of pages in a couple of hours, so due to nostalgia this thread has a large meaning in my overall enjoyment of the forums and I doubt I'd of been as noteworthy a member had it not of been for getting the hang of it here first. So my perceived value of this thread is large indeed.

wow, super wasn’t kidding when he said he was going to keep Last Person busy. Even shogun paid a visit to this rather desolate thread.

Yeah if I mean it I'll do it, of course it wouldn't of been possible without everyone else. And when compared to the old days the conversations we'd have would be greater in length than this and it'd only take 1 day to reach that not 6. Also I wasn't the one responsible for bringing Shogun into this thread, but I was responsible for getting him to return a couple of times.
