I nearly had the kanji symbol for Autumn down pat. I would write it on everything. Even exam papers at one stage. I do agree with you though. No one leaves people alone when studying.

Well, I try to keep it my little secret. That compounds my study attempts.

Watching anime, reading manga, drawing manga (or drawing in general), and trying to learn Japanese. Hardly anyone knows about that. And even then, it is just the Japanese or the drawing, a little. Problem was when my sister snooped through my... private sketches. I got a new marker set and decided to try one out, to see if it was a desirable color for skin. Turns out it was good for skin, but not the one shade I hoped for. The test subject was a woman with, at the least, minimal coverage (like I said, I needed to test the color on something). Well, she got a hold of my clipboard that contained a lot of my sketches. Now, I hide the clipboard when I am not around, and I should get around to locking my drawing folder on my computer too.

Don't you just hate that? You try and learn new techniques and stuff but people interpret them into stuff you had no intention on doing. I had a scenario like that. I was trying to draw new body postures... instead of just drawing them looking at you. Anyway, It turns out to be a fail. so I threw it in the rubbish pile to take to the bin. An elder man, who I do not trust, rocked up at my door step and invited himself in. He saw the picture, and of course, since it was incomplete, it didn't have clothes on. It had the basic outline of the body but the face was completed. The look on his face was a tad bit creepy. Now, I hide everything I do.
I would suggest a lock for everything you want secrete.

All I went to do was take a shower and that was when it (my pictures) was leaked. And if I use a lock, some one (family) will see that and say "What do you have to hide?"
My reply: "Hentai!" (That's a joke.)
I feel quite private with my drawing, unless I am hiding behind the mask of my online avatar. Those pictures I have posted so far this site? Possibly only 1 or 2 have been seen by someone else.
But a significant amount of my drawing start out without clothes, in an attempt to get a posture to clothe ready, so I would have a similar problem.

Well, true that. You'll be able to make your own shrine in your own home dedicated to all your drawings. Or is that a mii thing...?

 

I would want to have one. I have ideas, but I am unsure how I would actually want my little shrine to be. Having a larger desk than what I currently have would be pretty nice. One that has room for a computer for music and digital drawing.
I guess the worst thing for me is that I have an interest in drawing, but not the skill to match. I hope that purchasing good tools will help me, but I know better. Kinda like equipping a Patriot missle system and anti-air chainguns to a rowboat: so much equipment, but not good enough to properly use it all.
