    I've grow really tired of tie breakers. They happen far too often and just hold things up. Down to the wire wins are much more interesting.

    Idk how convincing this will be, as I've only seen like 30 episodes of One Piece before I gave up and decided that it was ****.

    But, speaking as a soldier, Roy Mustang has all of the hallmarks of a great officer. I've known officers with half of his resolve, charisma, and care for his subordinates who's soldiers who would follow them on a one-way trip to hell.

    I know anime doesn't necessarily equate with real life, but, my point is that Roy Mustang is an excellent leader and an excellent portrayal of what a military officer should be.

    Buggy had an entire prison (including skilled prisoners) follow him despite not having any fighting skills himself he made them believe he did and they believed in him and trusted him with their lifes.
    He also had his crew cry when they thought he died. He's a respectable captain.
