Ruined cup noodles

A story. So I mistakenly poured cold water into cup noodles. I thought "Oh, I'll just drain this and add new, hot water in here."
*empties cold water*
*pours hot water to replace, wait 3 minutes for it to cook*

It was disgusting. All of the flavoring was drained along with the cold water, so it was a soppy, tasteless mush.
There you have it, learn from my mistakes.

Yes, I'm aware I could have microwaved it with the cold water, but on the cup it says do not microwave and I like to follow the rules. So don't yell at me for that plz, k thx bye.

 

One time I gave myself a third-degree burn by f**king up my noodles.

 

@Sir-Maddy That sucks. You must have really screwed something up there. I bet you'll never make that mistake again, though.

That reminds me of those "uncrustable" peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. For anyone who is unfamiliar with them, its basically a frozen PBJ sandwich without the crust..
Of course, I wanted to eat it right away so I put it in the microwave for a short time. The outside wasn't hot or anything but when you take a bite the jelly is practically lava inside the thing. It flows out like a volcano and is very painful.

 

My friends and I actually had a blast with those one time. We made a bet that whoever got the lowest scores at Just Dance [two lowest] would have to eat an uncrustable with no hands. It got VERY messy, but it was still a lot of fun. We let it cool off first though. xD

That sounds like a great time! Good choice on the cooling off... I can't imagine forcing someone to eat a lava sandwich. Those things are delicious so I wouldn't mind being the loser in that case

On the subject of gambling, this one time my friend and I found a piece of old popcorn underneath the couch. We decided to take turns trying to throw it into each others mouth to see who would end up with it. My aiming/throwing was better than theirs that day thankfully

Who uses a microwave on a rolling cart? As if cup noodles weren't portable enough

I am serious, I have indeed given myself a third-degree burn from a cup of noodles.

 

How did you manage that?

 

Poured the water way over the fill line and then the dog comes running in and I put my noodles high above my head but accidentally put it on a slant so it pours onto my hand.

I still ate them afterwards, I put them on the table and then cried out in pain.
