Notice Site Awards Tie Breakers

We're doing gold, silver and bronze forum badges as awards for the site awards now. This gives more members recognition for the awards. And the runner ups will have something to strive for. After we finish the tie breakers I'll announce all of the winners.

Unfortunately Xenforo doesn't support multiple polls in one thread

We need tie breakers for the following. Even if weren't doing gold, silver and bronze we'd have a few tie breakers.
