What Anime Are You Currently Watching / Recently Finished?

@OtakuSenseiHig okay so from this list the ones I haven't seen are Ore no Imouto [I've always been curious but never enough to start it], Outbreak Company, Love Lab, Chihayafuru [I want to watch], Haruhi movie, Kara no Kyoukai newest movie, Toradora, Genshiken 2+, Steam Boy, Kenshin and Irresponsible Captain Tylor [I always forget this one, I can just never remember it]
Out of these I'm most interested in Chihayafuru and possibly Steam Boy.


My recent activity:
I watched all of Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro Chan, it wasn't as good as I remembered the first ep being all those years ago. I was disappointed by it so 5s for both seasons despite the insanity of it.
Seen 10 eps of Golden Time, this is a much better show than I gave it credit for when I dropped it all those seasons ago. Not great but enjoyable enough. It is good to see some main characters that aren't highschoolers for a change although first year college students isn't much of a difference but I'll take it. The one thing is that I hate the female MC, way too overbearing for me to stand. The Banri deserves respect for not hitting her every time she goes over the top.

 

Well I finished Golden Time, I was surprised myself at both being able to watch 14 eps of this romance show in one day and how much I enjoyed it. My score for it is 7-8ish. I initially hated the spoilt, rich attitude Koko had but whenever she behaved like a normal person I would change my mind a little. Then next ep she was uppity again and I would change my mind right back.
I also found the amnesia angle to be interesting, can't say I've seen it used that way before. I kind of liked it being used that way to show the struggle.
Considering my hate for the romance genre and the fact that I initially dropped it after 1 ep, this show was a pleasant surprise for me. And reading some of the MAL user's hate for the wanted shipping failing is hilarious too.
Thanks to this series I also want to watch Nana now, bloody hell. Why did you have to do that Golden Time?
Miss Monochrome appearances were nice too.

Started Kyou Kara Ore Wa, I watched the first ep and there is nothing quite like an older delinquent anime. I'm already enjoying it a lot after 1 ep, so far this show gets a 7 from me. Old animation styles are also nice to see, I miss seeing this kind of technique now when everything is always so shiny.

 

Well despite wanting to start Nana I ignored the temptation to instead start two other series.
I watched the first 4 eps of Tokyo Tribe 2 and that show is not living up to what I thought it would. I like the themes but the way it is done seems like poor quality writing to me. Was surprising to see the famed "goosh goosh" scene in episode 1, I thought that would be in a later episode.

Also began Moyashimon and it is different. I've seen 2 eps and so far I'm still not sure what to think of it. It isn't that funny and they are establishing the series still so it could get better but for now it is fine only. Bacteria have never looked better.

 

Finished Tokyo Tribe 2 today, it was definitely interesting just not as good as I had hoped it'd be. After starting off the series with "Goosh Goosh" I wondered what else it could do that would probably bring controversy to it. Yay for sexual references.
I ended up rating it a 6 because I enjoyed the tribal feuding that went on, I preferred the 2nd half of the show than the first.

Also now seen 9 eps of the first season of Moyashimon, it is a decent series but not exactly comical like I thought it'd be. Never has bacteria looked better/friendlier. Some parts are funny however it isn't the kind of how I wanted either. Oh well another noitaminA series I have basically completed done, a bunch more to go.

Watched ep 5 of Kyou Kara Ore Wa and man I miss anime like this. Delinquents and their antics are hilarious to watch. This is a great show from the 90s, easily worth an 8 if not higher for me.

 

Finished Papa no Iukoto wo Kikinasai! It was a nice series with a melancholy feel but it has nothing on Usagi Drop (anime).

Started Psycho Pass 2 and Arakawa Under the Bridge.
