Damn I don't know this one, and the art style isn't distinctive enough. So on the off chance could this possibly be Uchuu Kyoudai? There were a few times when I remember doors being focussed on even if only for a few seconds.
Although whatever it is I just noticed that waiting is misspelt with a second 't'.

Pretty easy when I knew what you were watching so I took an educated guess. It was interesting to see that Uchuu Kyoudai failed at spelling "waiting" though since I didn't notice that.
But yeah 5 in a row.

Although this one has tripped me up, I don't remember seeing too many turtles in anime. I remember K-on's Ton-chan and that the turtle is used as a sexual image replacement in comedies.
Asking my brother however gave me the answer, it is Love Hina. Although I searched anime turtle into google and it gave me the correct answer in from the first image as well so...
