    Would it do it every year or is it a one shot deal? Also wouldn't that clog up the entire off topic section over time?
    Guess I have to start trying to make real posts ;)

    Once a year. But the thing is, 10 posts AND you would have to have logged in within the last 30 days. So this would strictly adhere it towards active members only.
