    Members of the month are chosen by staff members and staff member of the month is chosen by me for the first few months. Mainly in part to me working directly with all of the staff to coordinate their work flow and I know exactly who is doing what each month.

    You were chosen above others for putting in the most work each month. You spending countless hours a week downloading, rendering, encoding, uploading and embedding so everyone on this site can enjoy good quality anime to watch. Thank you for being such a large asset to the site and community.

    Previous members of the month from DTR will not be awarded their badges as we are starting over on this new site. And chances are if you have won it in the past you will likely be winning again at some point.

    I made up some temp badges for the mean time as Crazy has been slighty busy and has not completed the official ones. Once he finishes them the award images will be changed.
