@Natsu the only magical girl anime I've watched and liked all the way through was Cardcaptors and that might have been partly due to nostalgia. So I don't go out of my way to watch them knowing that I won't like it.

@Metazoxan I was thinking the same thing, but then again considering what they said it'd mean I'm sure that would be at least included somewhere in all of our reactions.
    Also that greeting.

Not sure I just watch off So I guess it's whichever group they are using.

BTW what do you guys think are the chances guila is going to defect (the bomb girl). Because she just found out they lied about her father, likely turned him into a monster, and then ordered his death years later. Because I don't see her just letting that go.

Ah Cardcaptors. Saw that a couple years ago.... it was okay. I can see why it was popular back then but at the same time because it's an early magical Girl show before magical girl was even a major genera it felt a tad unrefined at times. Meaning it felt like later shows actually managed to do some of the tropes a little better. But it also had a certain charm to it because it didn't feel like it was trying to follow those tropes (because it helped start some of them).

So overall I'd definitely say most people should at least check it out. Because whether or not you tend to like this type of show it's just one of those shows you really should watch at least once.

Ah, nostalgic memories, I remember watching the anime way back when I was a kid, it was kinda embarrassing to watch the anime in public along with Sailor Moon, but the english dub of them both was not so great if you watch them now, I watched the spanish dub when they were airing since nothing gets censored here, but those sure are classics

    How'd you like them.

You sound like the type of guy who would like Yuuki Yuuna is a Hero.
It's from the same writer as Akame ga Kill!.

    What?
Why would you watch off that site?
    It's complete and utter shit.

care to explain why or are you just calling something shit again just because you don't like it?

No it's legitimately a shitty streaming site.
They stream usually in low quality, and their mirror links never work for older series.

I've found plenty of decent quality links (just have to find the ones in HD) and I've seen plenty of older series that worked just fine and had at least one or two still working mirrors. So what site do you use for subs?

First of all guys you do remember that posting other anime sites names is against our TOS right? I've removed the name from your posts. That being said I do agree with Maddy though, I use a different site almost exclusively for my subbed series now. 1080p quality no problems for most new releases as well that instantly buff, hell yeah that was all I needed to hook me.

Why would you say something like that. It still doesn't look like something I'd be interested in even with the promise of a darker theme a bit later on. I dislike madoka for various reasons and I can see numerous overlap with this series. I think this is one I'll leave for now, maybe if a lot of people recommend it or something.

You need to step outside your comfort zone a bit, I mean Yuuki Yuuna is actually quite good.

    My brethren of African descent.
Kashima is lovely, and best boy.

    is infinitely better.

Yeah because I'm going to take the time to download every freaking episode of every show I watch (sarcasm). I know downloading is pretty much always at least slightly better quality than even good streams but I don't feel like dealing with all those downloads. If there is a show I MUST have in high quality for whatever reason then I'll download that. But quick and easy streaming is better for me for most shows.
nope. I've seen that site and it's definitely a nice site but "infinitely better" is an exaggeration. Plus they don't even seem to have mirrors for a lot of their content and they seem to use youtube for everything which is odd. Besides you should try saying that from the start instead of just calling other stuff shit and disregarding what other people think. It kind of pisses me off.
Honestly I don't see why that even applies for a mostly subbed site as it's not really competition but regardless sorry. Wasn't trying to derail things.

Actually no they don't use Youtube, and they don't use mirrors cause all their links ACTUALLY WORK.

It was quite good, took me off-guard when I watched the first episode thinking that the anime would be just a regular slice of life anime, I have no complains if the anime has action, but comparing Yuuki Yuuka with Pretty Cure in terms of action, Pretty Cure wins IMO

    First, RSS feeds work wonders.
Second, slightly? Usually much better. CR has some good stream quality but idk about all that premium stuff. Back in the day streaming was 480p if you were lucky xD
Third, yeah sometimes watching a show and then it flopping is annoying. You can always delete stuff though xD (And buy the stuff for shows you like. $Support the good anime!)

I really don't notice THAT much of a difference. A really good HD stream these days is close enough to download quality for me especially for new shows at 1080p which are normally just upscales rather than true 1080 but true 1080p doesn't come until BD release and I'm not waiting for that just for a little upgrade in quality. I don't really care about having a few extra pixels of quality just so that I can make out every last detail in high resolution. But seriously I know back in the day streaming quality was a lot worse but it really has gotten MUCH better over the years. Also deleting bad anime isn't the issue. it's taking the time to download each episode and organizing them all. Again I do that for special shows but for everything else I stream simply because it's easier and downloading for that little bit of upgrade in quality isn't worth the trouble.

Because better quality is always nice but it's just not super important to me unless it's a particular show I really want to see in higher quality.
