Important Inactive Club Report Update

    The follow has been processed on all inactive groups. Everyone might want to read over this as some clubs were merged and you might be receiving some invites.

    Remember, if your club was deleted it's contents were moved into another forum section. You are eligible to submit a new application for the club in 2 months. If this is something you plan on doing please make an active attempt to organize new members, activities or discussions before you submit your club for re-approval.

    I gave an extra week and a half for the clubs to get active. If anyone would care to dispute this, even though they had ample warning, feel free to PM me.



    AMV Editors Club - Club will remain open for now. We're focusing heavily on AMVs and a club to facilitate that demand would be ideal. @sayWut

    Anime Art Club - Club and threads merged into Dubtopia Designers Club. @Vishal09x you were made a moderator of this club.

    Asylum Game Guild - Club deleted and threads moved into the asylum section. The main thread was stickied as an attempt to generate some extra activity for our monthly asylum events for the boobie award. @Metazoxan

    Cosplay Lovers Club - Club deleted and threads moved into the Off Topic section.

    Customization Club - Club deleted and threads saved so they can be remade into the Dubtopia Designers Club. @Jaysp656 you were made a moderator of this club.

    Designer's Club - Club renamed to Dubtopia Designers Club. All inactive art and customization clubs were merged into this club to give one place for all designers. @Crazy Potato you still have creator permissions in the club as yours was the most active of the bunch. The creators of the previous clubs were made moderators and their members were sent invitations to the new club.

    Light Music Club - Club deleted and threads moved into the Creative Design section. I want the Creative Design section to serve more than just graphic design but anything expressive like music, writing, painting etc @Nonononoki

    League of Legends Club - Club pending deletion and threads are pending a move into the Video Game Club. I chose to do this instead of putting them into the Video game section since there can be activities based around LoL still. Some of the thread names were also renamed to accurately reflect their new home.

    Sense of Freedom Writers Club - Club deleted and threads moved into the Creative Design section. I want the Creative Design section to serve more than just graphic design but anything expressive like music, writing, painting etc @RodRule

    Touhou Group - Club deleted and threads moved into the Video Game section. Some of the thread names were also renamed to accurately reflect their new home.

    Visual Novel Fans - Club deleted and threads moved into the Video Game section. Some of the thread names were also renamed to accurately reflect their new home.

    I have to admit I would like the Video Game Club to be even more active than it currently is. It's just really difficult trying to organise events with people due to the different time zones, plus people doing things at different times =/ Been trying to get more people to play Pokemon online with the 3DS. Hopefully we can get more activity when more people join and reach our true potential!

    Do a Persona 4 Arena tournament and I'd join in on that. You might even be able to get a certain inactive/ghost-member to resurrect his head here.

    Well it has been 2 weeks since I posted the warning message in the DT Shorts club and there hasn't been a single response. I think it is safe to say that there won't be anything lost when that club is shut down.
    I enjoyed that club but if no one is posting ever, then really what is the point of it? So you've got my okay to shut it down whenever you want Spor.

    @Sporadic Okay, I actually spent a few day trying to think of ideas for the Sense of Freedom Writers Club. But it was to no avail. Maybe a few months down the road it may be worth revisiting but for now I think deleting was better than just having it sitting there.
