I honestly enjoyed the first season, even though it was the typical club scenario that has been played out by many other series (The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Angel Beats!). So going into the second season you start out during summer vacation (from school), at first I thought things were going a little slow, the first 5 episodes, but give the series time it starts getting really interesting. Things take a turn from being mainly Comedy to Romance between the main character Kodaka and the "6" other girls.

 

I watched the first season of this series. Needless to say it left a sour taste in my mouth. People flipped out over that blonde character for some reason, and the main heroine [whatever her name was] really pissed me off. I have the second season in my watch list right now, but my expectations aren't too high for it at the moment. I'll come back here whenever I finish it.

 

Don't hate on this show man... It just needs more time and more seasons to make it perfect.

 

im with you there. Yozora really acted like almighty to the club specially to Sena. well yeah with Yozora being the club leader and all she just kind of a bitch. she just like Haruhi on that haruhi is already eccentric. adding @Mafiacow for discussion.

to even things out, Yozora has decent amount of plans on how to make friends compared on to Haruhi's plan to capture or prove the existence of the non-normal living creatures.

 

I was hesitant to click this mention 'cause I saw it being "Haganai NEXT". I really don't want any spoilers or anything like that for this anime.
As a result, I have only read Noobs' post with my tag.

Yozora is totes a massive bitch, hence why I shall never call Brittany by that name, except when introducing new people to the reference.
Haruhi is totes not a bitch. Your god has spoken. Nyan.

 

It's been a long time since I've seen the first season, so I can't quite recall exactly how I felt about each character, which i'm sure there was SOMETHING that bugged me and I probably just got use to it. But I remember looking forward to the next season.

 

*whispers to ear* its Yozura *then fades out*
