Well this show is said to start airing sometime tonight and should be subbed tomorrow. I'm glad that everyone thought it'd be worth watching despite the limited bio that is available.

 

Haha so you disliked it huh? Not surprising because certain shows take time to get into. The love part was obvious to me beforehand because of the subbed trailer [which I couldn't link during voting because it was muted, bloody copyright]. Also PA's last series Nagi no Asukara was love confusing links, seriously that was the most complex love relations I've seen.
The 17 years thing is pushing it for this series but I don't care. That scenery was amazing. I couldn't stop staring at the background during the entire show.

Things I found interesting, the unusual character intros and the freeze frame scenes with dialogue continuing. I guess they wanted to get straight into the plot because even with doing this it was still only really getting to it at the end there.
The chibi inserts during offscreen time for characters is unusual as well. Although I am liking the trolling mother so far.

I didn't actually mind this first episode, but then again it delivered the scenery porn I was waiting to see so.

 

I can see that @Sir-Maddy, I really should hate most of them but I just can't for whatever reason. The animation is enough to make me want to watch it. Although you've not seen that many, MAL says you've got 5 PA Works shows listed only.
But your fondness of Tari Tari is respectable, I agree best show of theirs [I still don't know why I liked it so much]

 

@Sir-Maddy animation is what draws me to watch a few shows in the first place. It being unique or great is enough of a reason for me to watch something sometimes.
Although I'm still expecting PA to deliver on this series as well. Things take time thats all.

 

@Sir-Maddy good, lets see just what they can do with this series together. I doubt it'll beat Tari Tari but it should be somewhat entertaining at the very least.

 

@Sir-Maddy I can be fine with that, romance is crap anyway so NTR is a different version of that crap. It won't be PA's first NTR relationship, seriously Negi no Asukara was a highly confusing romantic set up. True Tears had this theme as well.
So it could go either way with that theme.

 

Please, as far as I'm concerned best girl won True Tears. But that is irrelevant, I don't think these characters will particularly take that route. I highly doubt it'd be stealing someone so forwardly that is in a relationship with someone else.
I'm thinking it'd be a whole bunch of crush scenarios for a bit at least.
