What Are Your Favorite Anime Movies?

Such an underrated movie, not sure if it counts as an anime but eh why not? Needs the mentions.

Pokemon the First Movie
I still get the feels in that Pokemon free for all battle in the end.

 

Saw this in the theater (and The Iron Giant as well) when it came out and own it on VHS. I never liked Ash, even as a kid, and I thought Mewtwo learning compassion from Ash was bullshit. Pokemon fight all the time, so Ash's whole i have to stop the fighting thing didn't make sense to me and I just wanted to see Mewtwo kick some ass. Overall a good movie. The peak of the Pokemon anime for me (first time seeing Donphan was hype but he lost to Bulbasaur wtf), though I only watched regularly through the Gold and Silver days, and sometimes during Ruby and Sapphire. I also liked the Lugia movie but again I didn't like the emotional parts. Emotional moments only work if you like the characters and I hate Ash and his Pikachu (evolve damnit).
