I know Sakura will not be able to stand a chance in this game ultimately. Sadly, she will never get to lead a nation since her brother is king.
However, I will state that she has a kind heart, and a gentle disposition. She is one who cares for her people, and at at least one point, she helped the people in the capital's street market to sell things.
It is quite possible that is not the only time, but the anime can't repeat the same thing over and over again. Admittedly, I did not watch the whole series, which stifles me. Either JAF is missing it, or part two of the series I could find. I know there is more to her, and there must be an ultimate ending, but I have yet to see it. I wish I could have been able to do more convincing, but it is impossible for me.
I know she plays a major role among multiple parallel universes, that many fates hinge on her.
She is unnaturally lucky (and I do hope her luck bleeds into my universe to help me get her to win), "a favored daughter of the gods", and one who can hear the spirits in the world.
Eventually, I am assuming she becomes more active, since I found this picture of her:


The TRC and xxxHolic manga contain so much more data on her, but I have yet to read those ones.
