Reviewed I Have A Request For Jd As A Site.

Being able to look at the forum when at work can be difficult as there are eyes everywhere. Seeing the words JUST ANIME FORUMS can make it a little obvious that the site is not engineering related and the colours only add to that.
Now please don't start attacking me for the fact that I'm on an anime site at work, lets just say I'm a great multitask-er who on several occasions works on four screens (which is the truth) and right now am duel screen with home and work related agenda.
To get straight to the point I was wondering if it would be at all possible to make an incognito work theme for the site to make it seem less suspicious now understanding how sites are built on an all be it novice level I understand that this is a tall request and kind of regret asking after second guessing myself but have decided to ask anyway if not for a serious reason then at least it can make some people chuckle at the scenario.

So yeh that my request.

This is where your thread should be if you have a suggestion for the site.

And accessing JAN during work time is nothing to worry about I do it all the time in fact its where I have a chance to come on here the most....
You just need to move up the ladder and get an office to do it incognito So work hard and get that corner office!!! you can do it!!!!! I believe in you!!

 

X) love the optimism work is where its easiest for me two but unfortunately my building is agile working *sigh* so getting a good spot is not something that you can do without luck.

This is just the base for most of the forum's current themes, so it's very plain, though just as function, but I think that's what we're looking at. This could easily be duplicated and made into a live theme with some color/placement changes, but that's up to Spor.

Pretty sure that your message claiming it's not an anime site would make it suspicious. Let's just call the theme Just Engineering. lol At least it'll look like he's researching engineering stuff, even if he's actually taking short break between work-related tasks and browsing an anime forum.

I remember when I used MSN Messenger and there was this plugin call MSN Messenger Plus (which turned into Live Messenger Plus before Microsoft bought Skype), which allowed you to minimize all your chat windows and the friend's list window to the notification tray, and even change the icon (any icon, including an icon your work uses for one of it's programs) to something that wasn't MSN Messenger. Add to it that you could Password Protect it to make it look like it was an administrative tool to protect sensitive information and you had yourself a messenger disguised as a work related program when your snooping network administrators wanted to remotely view your desktop. It was great, as long as you didn't install the sponsor crap which sometimes (maybe often) included malware depending on who the sponsor was during a particular version's release.

 

I'll work on a SFW Theme after I finish this months workflow.
Features I thought up as I'm typing.

• Images will be placed in spoilers automatically.
• Hide all avatars.
• Forum will be called JAForums. [Theme only, Site address will be the same]
• Clean simple design.

I was really surprised when I saw all the replies, it seems my suggestion grabbed quite a bit of attention.
First off thank you very much for your reply it sounds like you know what to do and I really like the ideas that you and @Kiri have come up with and if they were actually carried out I would be very grateful. This attention only makes me respect the site and it community even more, your all great.
Also about your question the admin wouldn't be able to see the sites I visit from this computer as it is not provided by the company therefore is not connected to the company server however of course if he wanted to see my searches he could do so through the network provider but with the shear number of users in the building I'll be safe from their attention.
