    So, Nanami is this frail girl of age 17 if memory serves, who has the ability to perform any technique if she sees it just once. She never uses a weapon, because she never has to.
    When she was annoyed at her younger brother's bad habit of biting his nails, she tore them all off, and he never bit again.
    When specially trained ninjas invaded her island (where only she lived at the time, due to her brother leaving), she beat them utterly one-sidedly, tortured them for information, and then buried them.
    When she was looking for her brother, she ended up at a location he was heading to but hadn't arrived yet. It was a village on top of a snowy mountain, populated by people known for extreme strength and survivability. She slaughtered the lot of them, one-sidedly again.
    She doesn't get much screentime, but makes absolute use of what she does get.

    @Mafiacow well i dont get the blood lust feel by how you described Nanami. its just that she kills if she's annoyed or challenged. she is strong and capable but she is just a psycho to me.

    I wanna explain why i nominated Kenshin. People who watched Trust & Betrayal will probably understand. I nominated him for his past, where he was a deadly assassin killing anyone either standing in his way or anyone he was ordered to kill. The only thing working against him might be that he didn't particularly enjoy it, but overtime i think that feeling went away untill the Rurouni Kenshin series. Also, people

    Kenshin is strong, fast, and deadly in this time period but i can get that he gets moody on his targets. Anderson on the other hand gets all giggity and laughs maniacally when he sees a prey. so Anderson gets my vote.
