Pokemon Go

One thing that should be mentioned about gyms: you risk having your account being banned of you defend a gym while Pokémon Go hasn't been released in your Country yet.

Or so I was told that most people who had they accounts banned were gym leaders.

 

You kids and your new fangled cellular phones and your eye pods and your mp three players. Back in my day, we played pokeymans on tiny green tinted screens, and we liked that. Now it's all about augmented reality and vr and screens you can see in the sun and dark. I remember playing the pokeymens on my Gameboy and not being able to see anything, and we enjoyed it! Life sure was simpler back then....

 

Lucky bastard! Though, I suppose my local equivalent would be the Pinsir I occasionally find.
Oh! And I just hatched another 10k egg yesterday! Got me a 12k cp Lapras now!~ ^_^

I highly suggest not Apple. My hate is founded. Their phones get worse with every update, forcing you to get the next model. I suggest a Galaxy S5. Not S6 possibly and definitely not S7, as those don't let you swap out the battery, which would be helpful to have an external charger for all the Pokémon.
Other than that, HTC I've heard is good?

 

Nope.

Don't take it, their phones are all bad, I used to work at a place which had a cellphone department and customers would always bring change them before their trial period ended (30 days).

I myself used to have an htc, it takes 2-5 minutes to boot up depending on the day and would run incredibly slow, crashing all the time.

I suggest LG or Samsung if you wanna go android. I am quite satisfied with my Nexus 5, although it is an older model (but you can also find it used for dirt cheap, presumably).


I don't particularly like Apple's OS, but as I seem to recall, you use a Mac, so it may not be a bad idea to stick with them.

 

Man, gotta say getting some Pokemon will be hard, the best Pokemon I've got so far is a Lapras that hatched from a 10 KM egg and I found a Rapidash that I unfortunately couldn't catch due to the usual glitches that the game has, DANG IT!!!! But I've got a few other good Pokemon like Venomoth and even a Growlithe, soon I'll have a Golem and hopefully I can find a Dratini somewhere around town or maybe an egg, hopefully we're all able to get Pokemon that seem to be exclusive to a continent like Kangaskhan in Australia or Mr. Mime in Europe

 

I'm sittingjust below level 12 and I'm catching 500+ CP pokemon most of the time now it helps that i walk everywhere as it was before the app was released

 

So far, Asus ZenPhone 2 works like a dream, and it's far cheaper and far superior than these other brands that sell their cheap ass phones for $600 - $800 (USD), unlocked. Mine only cost $380 (USD), unlocked with 128 GB of internal storage, brand new. Haven't played the game much though, still at that "there are 3 starter pokemon nearby" part. I'm waiting to get cellular service for my phone before exploring it any further. I've heard you can get a pikachu if you keep refusing to catch one of the starters. Not sure if it's actually true or not though, but I'll find out for myself when I decide what carrier I'm willing to sell my soul to and hope I'm not going to be royally screwed over by them.

 

Even though I'm not playing the game Iv'e found it hilarious where some of these Pokemon pop up. So I thought at the very least why not share some of them with you all.

Thats awesome. Lvl 18 myself, the park down the road has 3 Pokestops all close to each other right near the car park so I can drive down and park there, drop a lure on all three, pop and Incense and a Lucky egg and get all the XP in the world haha. The problem for me is I drive everywhere so theres not much Pokemon hunting I can do so. The novelty wears off after awhile though, haven't been playing all that much lately, but I liked it. I think the fact that they pushed it as a VR game was a bit disappointing as really all its good for is taking funny pictures of the places that Pokemon show up because lets face it, its too hard to try to catch Pokemon in VR mode.

Also the game has this nasty habit to constantly put spin on my Pokeball when I don't want it to. Which is all the time. So i end up wasting a lot of Pokeballs and thats frustrating :/

 

It really does I stopped playing all together now, I prefer Injustice on my phone

 

Don't waste lucky eggs like that!~ I got from lvl18 to lvl20 by evolving like 40 Pidgeys, 20 Ratatta, and 4 Spearow under the effects of one egg~

 

I hardly play this game at all. I'm level 11 and haven't even tried a gym yet.
