    Haha, I love both of those anime, but I should make it clear that my shipping is much better.

    Sakura Trick is a yuri anime about two friends that have a special moment alone and have what they claim was an "innocent kiss" together. Now, one of them is sort of a pervert and has been waiting for that sort of moment all their life, and the other is sort of shy about it. The former tries to make it into a big deal because they don't want it to fade into nothing and her feelings would have to be suppressed. The latter is embarrassed by it and wants to forget about before their true feelings get crushed.

    The way they interact with each other after that is slightly awkward, but mostly very funny and awfully cute because they know they both have very strong feelings for each other but they don't want anyone else finding out.

    As for my counterargument, Ririchiyo and Miketsukami are indeed a cute couple. One of my major issues with the two is that Miketsukami is 22 and Ririchiyo is 15. But if that wasn't bad enough, Mikestukami is also the type of "sexual deviant" that lures in other women to get what he wants. Now, he is still very faithful to Ririchiyo and they have very strong bonds, but I feel kind of sickly for Ririchiyo when I think of her, as a 15-year-old, shipped with someone like that. There's also another part that takes the cake for me between them, but it's literally the last scene of the anime, and I don't want to spoil anything more than what I might already have. Definitely not OK, though.

    Inu X Boku SS Wikipedia.

    Ririchiyo Shirakiin
    A half-human, half-oni high school girl who transferred to Room 4 of the Maison de Ayakashi in order to live alone. She yearns to be independent and constantly worries about not being able to communicate with other people properly, as due to the fact that she was bullied when she was young and developed a habit of rudely slighting people whenever they try to interact with her. Her SS agent and servant is Sōshi, who has the blood of a fox-spirit. While at first she is exasperated by Sōshi's extreme willingness to serve her, she eventually realizes she has fallen in love with him, something that is only compounded when she later finds out that it was Sōshi who wrote the letters that were supposed to be from her fiance to her. Eventually, Ririchiyo confesses her love to Sōshi, and they begin a relationship with each other.

    The assigned SS Agent to Ririchiyo and, in his own words, her servant and "Dog". Sōshi is descended from the evil nine-tailed fox who was Sōshi's past life. Ririchiyo helped him when she was little, although she's initially unaware of it. Later on in the series, it's revealed that his family had kept him under house arrest because they feared the powers of the kitsune, and in order to obtain freedom he learned to manipulate and appeal to others through obeying their whims. However, because of this, he was unable to form his own personality. It was not until he started corresponding with Ririchiyo through letters, under the guise of her fiance Kagerō, that he realized that he was in fact, capable of having emotion, and he began growing into his own person. He's very calm, polite, and gentle to everyone he interacts with, but he bears particularly strong devotion to his Ririchiyo, blindly obeying her and protecting her with his life if the situation calls for it. He enters a relationship with her after she confesses her love for him, which was prompted by him reading a letter that detailed her feelings for him that she meant to put into a time capsule, but instead sent to him by mistake. What he wishes for is a family, which he never had.
    Therefore, they saved each other emotionally.

    Well put, but that's a lot of spoilers there. And did you just copy and paste from Wikipedia? I mean, that's fine with me, it gets the job done, but don't you have your own opinion on it? I personally just enjoy the debate of it, is all.

    It's sort of cheating but my sentence structures for explaining things is the utmost appalling. I know what I'm trying to say as I type, it just doesn't come out that way. So yes I borrowed Wiki and edit a few things out. I did my own opinion down the bottom though...

    Right. Also I apologize, rereading that, what I said came out a little more harsh than I meant. What I meant to say was like "how do you feel about the two's relationship?" Do you think they're cute together, or what makes them a good couple? Wiki explains the situation of the two, which explains the context, but this is an opinion poll (basically). Do you think what they did for each other was sweet? I just don't feel any emotional response to cold facts, you know?

    And also, out of curiosity, how do you feel about my Sakura Trick couple? Do you still think Ririchiyo and Miketsukami make a better couple?

    I just like to hear your opinion more, but it's alright if you don't feel comfortable with the typing of it. And again, I'm sorry if I sounded rude.

    No no no... It didn't come across harsh at all and in fact, I forgot to add the spoiler button.

    Ok as for my opinion and not Wikipedia's...

    The relationship regarding Ririchiyo and Miketsukami first comes out a bit awkward because of the age bracket. But doesn't that just prove how age doesn't control the way one should love? Yes, it is seen as under age relationship and other choice words... But that is no different from today in real life. Miketsukami was willing to wait until she was older to become a proper family. This proves his loyalty and the time he is willing to wait. I will admit, his younger life was pleasuring women but, for those who has watched this series, could you really blame him? He was imprisoned in his own home. what else could he have done?

    As for Sakura Trick, I will be honest, I have not seen this anime so there is not much I can say about it. However, based on Roy blue's statement, the fact they feel as they should hide their emotions show how they are not comfortable with the idea of the world knowing of their relationship. This gives me the impression that there love isn't real. Couples in relationships shouldn't feel the need to hide themselves if they are truly devoted to each other. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that is what makes them a bad couple. In fact, a lot of anime relationships are like that. No doubt that this anime will have it's good scenes. Some that could out do Inu X Boku but as I have stated previously, love that feel the need to be hidden, isn't true love at all.


    The fact Ririchiyo and Miketsukami have changed emotionally and in attitude as a result of being together just goes to show how much they both have helped each other's state of mind by mending the broken emotional bridge within their heart and now becoming more compassionate people. It's not necessary about the lovey dovey scenes that you would expect in romance that make a good couple... It's how they were able to grow and mend each other together ... That is why believe these couples are good candidate.
