February is for Love 2016

Welcome everyone to the competition that has us all debating which couple is the most deserving, the most loving, the most infuriatingly infatuated with each other that it makes us all sick to our stomach seeing them being lovey dovey. That can't just be me right?

One of the best couples I've enjoyed watching, the slow pace their relationship develops made me all the more intrigued. Despite the obvious nature of the show I was hooked watching them develop.

I know this is pointless but I don't care, I nominated this mostly unknown couple so I'll support them and provide my reasoning I had planned [although I didn't plan on them meeting such a strong couple in round one]

This couple first burst onto our screen in 2009 in the pilot episode of Peeping Life, and while they didn't seem to get along too well in that video their relationship has managed to last. We can only assume that they have all manner of stupid fights yet somehow they stay together.

Their lives have been shown through numerous iterations of this show, and while each pretty much documents a different argument, the newest adventure of theirs is the most promising of development. Despite their hardships, Peeping Life TV season 1? sees this couple going to Guam on a holiday. Somehow this couple that usually argues has persevered over the years to travel abroad with each other.

 

Where it's true they don't spend enough time together as a couple, the things they do for each other was pretty incredible. If you watched the movie, you'd understand more, but even throughout the series you can see how much Okabe sacrifices for Kurisu. I don't want to give too much away for those that haven't seen it, but it's obvious to everyone that has that they are a great couple.

Now, that said, they may not be the "best" couple, but I personally ship them pretty hard. And you can't expect their opponents in this particular round to win against them simply because not many people have heard of it (and of course Steins;Gate is overrated). But you can't be mad at them for that, that was bound to happen eventually. And you can't discredit Okabe and Kurisu based on that logic, that's just the salt talking. Okabe and Kurisu are still a top couple to beat regardless.
