    Even though both have some similar techniques, one is scarier. Oshino looks loli while Momonga has a skull face. So there you have it.

    Johan may be a monster on the inside but in the end he is human. Manage to shoot the bastard and he'll go down pretty fast. Sachiko is a ghost and pretty much nothing you can do can stop her. So the fact she is merciless and cruel is worse because there is nothing you can possibly do.

    Think of it this way. A lot of recent horror games like the recent resident evil and such have been condemned as not scary at all. Why? Well the reason many have stated is because you are far too heavily armed and the game becomes nothing more than a FPS game. The zombies are still zombies and aren't any less deadly than before but because you can do something about them you no longer fear them.

    Other horror games like Slender man and FNAF use things that really don't seem scary just looking at them but have a common element that terrifies people. Helplessness. It's not just that people are scared of jumpscares it's he helplessness that they can't defeat what's comming and can only try to survive. The jumpscare that comes from losing is simply an incentive to not want to lose while the true horror of these games come from the feeling of helplessness.

    So again because Sachiko is a ghost, and a pretty powerful one at that, she instills a much stronger feeling of helplessness than a human who you can kill if you can get to him.

    Well unless your a Ghost Buster your not voting for Sachiko. But since i'm not that i'm voting for her.
    I can't do jack to stop a ghost. Metazoxan summed it up perfectly. Feeling of helplessness. Sachiko earns my vote.
