    I found Overlord to be rather average, I only rated it a 6 because it wasn't the worst thing I was watching at the time. Momonga was a disappointing character that was strong because he was strong, despite having a weak nothing persona at his heart.
    But Momonga still moves on to the next round

    One of the most bizarre monsters in anime, I'd vote Johan over almost every other candidate in this elimination. A serial killer that can manipulate serial killers. So much could be said about him but it would ruin the show for others.

    For me this is actually a tough chalk up. Id'e assume were talking about the darker Hiei before he started to mellow out after meeting Yusuke. When we first meet him he was using a sword to change humans into demons in the attempt to raise a army. He fights savagely & ruthlessly showing almost no signs of mercy to his opponents except to those he deems far weaker than himself simply out of pride. His mastery over fire an just the thought of him setting me ablaze sends chills down my spin. And if somehow I survive that he'll slice & dice me long before I have a chance to react to whats about to happen. I mean his name literally means "The Evil Eye". Yet on the other hand you have Johan who is a very manipulative serial killer.
    After much deliberation I have to say the bigger monster is Johan. Mentally he is more sinister and twisted than Hiei, although physically and supernatural powers he may lack when put up against Hiei I still have to vote for him. It's what you do not what you can do that earns Johan my vote. Better luck next time Hiei.

    The only reason I hesitate to vote for John is I feel a few too many humans or characters indistinguishable from humans are making it into the later round and Hiei has that freaky form with the green skin and multiple eyes. But even though I've never seen Monster what I know about Johan says he's a lot more evil and scary in terms of personality. Hiei is probably more deadly alone with his power and speed but this isn't about who is stronger it's about who is scarier. It's already obvious my vote won't matter much anyway. But I'm still just not sure.

    Believe me I know how you feel. I'm a huge Hiei fan and I voted against him due to the fact of his prideful demeanor & showing some mercy to the weak. If he was just a downright cut-throat then yes my vote would have been cast for Hiei. For me it's what you do not what you can do. You can have the most supernaturally powerful entity every but if they don't use that power in a terrifying way then I just can't vote for them. Johan would be showcased in the "Chapter Black Tape".

    I like agree with the book and I'm doing a slight pity vote for Hiei. Also Hiei can look and act scary at first glance while Johan's for the most part scary by his actions. So...

    I'd be more afraid of what someone could do while looking innocent than by someone who just looks scary for a minute and then you can have a great time with them. If you know what i mean. Though that doesn't really apply to Hiei's personality.

    Lucy isn't scary. She'll kill you quickly if you get in her way.
    Sacchan, on the other hand, will trap you in a haunted school filled with the murderous ghosts of her victims, will paralyse you with her ghost powers, and slice out your eyes and organs with her scissors. None of this is done quickly or painlessly, and you have no real way of stopping her.
