    Shishio is the main villain in Rurouni Kenshin. He always says "survival of the fittest, only the strong survive in this world". He thinks the weak should serve the strong. He is a bastard that lacks any kind of feelings. He would sacrifice anyone so he can live on himself.
    I'm trying to describe him the best i can but its been so long since ive seen this show.
    What makes him more scary is the fact that his entire face(body too i think) has been burned by a fire in his past, his burned body is covered with bandages with only his eyes showing. You would not want to meet this guy in the dark.
    The only positive thing i can think of is he saved a boy whos family Shishio slayed i believe, but only to make him a cold hearted assassin who should serve him.

    But to be honest this is a hard match up. Yuno is a crazy bitch. I'm just gonna chose Shishio for the sake of my name.

    Hard to do this all on my phone, but this is Shishio. Nothing more than a samurai, but definitely a monster in behaviour and way of thinking. He's also extremely skilled with a sword.

    Shishio is more evil but I think Yuno is scarier and more psychotic

    So personally I'm more scared of Yuno because she's more the unpredictable sort while Shishio at least has a plan and a sense of reason behind his murders.

    I'll add onto what Batosai said about Shishio. His entire body has been burned because he was taken advantage of by being shot in the head. As for being one without feelings I disagree. He seemed deeply in love with Yumi,had bonds with Sojiro & Hoji, and a really dark sense of humor. Sadly though despite all of this he can only see them as a means to an end. As for saving Sojiro he spared him after he witnessed him slay a man but then only to go send him on assassinations or gather the other members. As for his strength in battle it's remarkable. The man is able to read & memorize a attack so that the next time he see's it it won't work on him again. Even catches swung swords with his hands. And lastly will resort to any means to win a fight. To make things worse he is a swordsman and has the ability to read and anticipate his foes next move simply due to their emotions. Due to all these factors my vote goes to Shishio.

    Not a problem. I just recently rewatched it myself. Brings back such great memories. Should invest in picking up the dvd's sometime. Just ordered a Saitou Hajime who is my favorite character from the series. Posed in his signature "gatatsu" sword fighting stance. Wouldn't mind buying Shishio at some point in time though. Just wish my hobby of figure collecting didn't cost so much.

    I disagree with what Meta said about Shishio being predictable with his killings. His very goal is for the fittest warriors to kill whoever is weaker. That would be pretty chaotic and random to me. Also...
    he kills Yumi to land another blow on Kenshin.

    Shishio I feel fits the theme more too. Yuno is scary as in mad. Shishio looks and acts scary. He has burns all over his body which makes him look like a brought back to life corpse of a mummy. Also like many beast in horror movies he foams at the mouth in a scene. Plus one sword is made of human fat, so he really is eating the weak. And he bites a piece of Kenshin's flesh off like a monster. I think he is a good fit for this month but then again I nominated him.

    Not really. For him the strong live and the weak die and the ends justify the means no matter what. While his exactly movements can be hard to predict since he's trying to take his enemies by surprise everything he does still follows his belief of survival of the fittest. It's true his world would be rather chaotic due to all the death but that doesn't make himself unpredictable.
