    Excalibur honestly would just annoy me to death so maybe that's scary? Sorry but no... even for a legendary magical sword this guy doesn't scare me at all. Then at the same time not really scared of Oshino's personality. If she had her powers then ya I think I would be scared. I'm going to go with saying she still has her powers so with that i'm voting for her. Sorry but Excalibur doesn't scare me and if he is a magical sword then someone should have to wield him to be considered a threat. Already suspect i'll be the only vote for Oshino.

    While her Loli form looks pretty harmless she's still a vampire with the power to kill you pretty easily and at one point she causes the zombie apocalypse because of what was basically a tantrum. That at least is way scarrier than what is basically a gag character who was made OP but impossible to work with. He's actually a rather amusing character overall IMO but he's pretty much the farthest thing possible from spooky or fitting the theme besides the fact he's not human. Shinobu in the other hand can end the world on a whim when her powers aren't bound plus there is this scene

    Thank you for putting to rest my fear on being the only Oshino voter. Same goes for @Mafiacow thanks guys. Still lack a vote to tie it. We have yet to have a tie if i'm not mistaken. Wonder if this will be the first. Only time will tell.

    Because the torture room scenes I want to vote for Shion but she turns pretty placid in later arcs.

    Krul is a vampire who raises human children as livestock. However, since I'm older than 13 I wouldn't be in the camps. I'd be killed by a vampire or by the disease from the series that kills adults.

    Since neither look scary I'm going to go by who's more likely to kill me if I met them so Krul. Shion is scary but the idea of children livestock bothers me a lot. Plus although they are brutal deaths Shion kills only 4 people for certain, 1 of those people mistreated her a lot. Basically Shion goes only after people for revenge while Krul kills humans or uses them as food.

    I have to vote for Krul Tepes. I can defend myself against Shion an knowingly come out alive possibly. But against Krul normal weapons would have little to no affect. She is a vampire who enslaves children to use them as a food-source and at the same time able to defeat Ferid who single handed killed 6 children in under a minute flat. Sorry but if Shion ran into Krul Shion would be killed no questions asked.
