North American manga publisher Yen Press announced on Friday that it will publish Takahiro's new Hinowa ga Yuku! (Hinowa Conquers!) manga starting with the first chapter as it debuts in Japan. Yen Press will release the series under the title Hinowa ga CRUSH!, and it will release the first chapter on Monday.

The publisher describes the story: "In the war torn Wakoku, Hinowa is aiming to be the hero of her turbulent times! The curtain rises on this chronicle of civil war…"

The manga will launch with strelka's art in the July issue of Square Enix's Monthly Big Gangan magazine on Saturday.

Takahiro and Tetsuya Tashiro ended their Akame ga KILL! manga in December. The manga launched in 2010 in Square Enix's Monthly Gangan Joker magazine. Square Enix published the manga's 15th and final compiled book volume in February.

The series, including the Akame ga KILL! ZERO spinoff, has 3,300,000 copies in print as of last August. Yen Press publishes both manga in North America.

Akame ga KILL! inspired a TV anime, which premiered in Japan in July 2014. Crunchyroll streamed the anime as it aired in Japan, and Sentai Filmworks licensed and released the series on Blu-ray Disc and DVD home video. The anime began airing on Adult Swim's Toonami block starting in August 2015.
