Wonder Woman 1984: New Trailer Sees Diana Prince Battle Cheetah

Debuting as part of the DC FanDome virtual event this weekend, the new trailer for Wonder Woman 1984 has arrived online for those who didn't catch the reveal during the panel.



With Patty Jenkins back in the director's chair, the '80s-set adventure finds Gadot's Diana Prince dealing with the dastardly machinations of villains such as Kristen Wiig's Cheetah and Pedro Pascal's Max Lord.

Chris Pine's Steve Trevor is back (still no idea how given that he was seen to perish heroically at the end of the first movie), plus we'll flash back to Diana's youth to re-visit Robin Wright's Antiope and Connie Nielsen's Hippolyta.

The big take-aways? Wiig as Cheetah looks suitably feral. And there's the sight of Pine in parachute pants.


Wonder Woman 1984 is currently scheduled to arrive in cinemas on 2 October.
