when will the asterisk war be available to download from dub sites?

    The official dub release date was supposed to be the 20th September according to my source but I cant find it anywhere.
    please help me understand the situation this is my first time actually waiting for an anime to be released so I'm not sure if it takes longer to be available on dub sites or whether the date only applied to a certain region.
