    This thread is for the ultimate anime fan to post his or her most burning desire: What anime character would you be if you could?

    My choice would have to between Bossun from SKET Dance and Akio from Clannad.

    Hauu! I've been dreading this question...
    Ok.... Think .... Thinking.... Thinking... *poof* There goes Kaede's brain again...

    Anyway...
    Perhaps Furude Rika or as much as I'll regret it, Amane Misa. There's just so many characters to choose from with awesome abilities but I'd rather stick to my two as they seem to reach out at Mii and I feel some sort of connection to.

    You know with this question I have two answers. The first being:
    Why would I want to be an anime character when that means I couldn't watch any of the anime coming out anymore? The series airing aren't going to exist in the universe that character you choose comes from. Unless you choose a parody or something I'd then have to adopt that characters role because I couldn't be watching all of my anime.

    My second answer is more fitting for the question but has multiple options. I'd choose someone that I feel I'm similar to in the first place. Maybe one of the guys from Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou as I relate to that show a lot, plus they still have anime and manga so I could be fine with watching them. Or perhaps Wien from Tari Tari as he is clueless about Japanese culture but has a lot of fun, who wouldn't want that kind of fun?
    Then I think choosing a more interesting show could be fun where I am nothing like the characters in it. As long as I don't go for my favourite types of series I should be able to live through it easily enough....
    But then who can forget that feeling you always had when we were younger about wanting to be a part of the Pokemon world. Dream come true possibility there.

    It is a tough choice.

    Tough call, Tari Tari was good for me but I had very low expectations going in and was easily surpassed. So while I can say it is good and could possibly recommend it, the mere fact of me saying that somewhat detracts from my original enjoyment. If you want my honest answer I'll throw it in a spoiler.
    For whatever reason I enjoyed it a hell of a lot. It is animated beautifully as expected of PA Works, the characters were fun to watch interact and I thoroughly enjoyed the songs. Hell numerous times I just go and search clips from it on youtube and want to watch the series all over again. I've actually got it listed as one of my top 5 favourite anime on MAL, I still don't know exactly why I liked it so much.

    Hmm this is tough choice because I like so many different. I would probably want to be Ichigo from Bleach or Kenshin from Rurouni Kenshin since I really love swords. I would probably also want to be Nagisa. I already have the dangos.

    i dont many of the characters i like get beat up or die so wanting to be them is a little tough. One thing i can rule out are harems, yes the girls or heart but im not going to be a dense idiot, a clueless dolt who cant read the atmosphere, or get beat up by a bunch of girls. I would choose a more lax anime but thinking of one fitting my criteria is hard seeing how they are mainly sports anime and all the slice of life are usually all girls.

    hmmm....guess i'll be Sasahara from Genshiken
    but being an editor s going to freaking suck

    Sure this is completely predictable in fact I won't even say it, the picture is pretty obvious anyway.
    Hes technically a vampire so age wont be an issue.
    He has girls that are infatuated with him he has the power of a vampire not that he needs it and he even goes on to be the head teacher of a school full of monsters an hot girls if that int a fun and fulfilling life I don't know what is.
