Viz Media to Release Princess Mononoke Artbook, RWBY Books

    Viz Media announced at its panel at Comic Con International in San Diego on Thursday that it will release a Princess Mononoke artbook. The company said it would reveal more details soon.

    Viz Media previously published The Art of Princess Mononoke hardcover artbook in August 2014, and has also published Hayao Miyazaki's Princess Mononoke: The First Story book. Viz Media did not clarify if the new Princess Mononoke artbook would differ from the previous one released in 2014.

    Viz Media also announced that it will release books based on Rooster Teeth and Monty Oum's RWBY American-animated web series. The company did not reveal if the books will be Dogs manga creator Shirow Miwa's manga adaptation of the series or another series.

    Viz Media additionally revealed at the panel that it published 342 volumes of manga in 2015.​
