This year's seventh issue of Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump magazine is revealing on Thursday that Sui Ishida's Tokyo Ghoul and Tokyo Ghoul:re manga series have a combined 34 million copies in print worldwide.

Ishida serialized Tokyo Ghoul in Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump from 2011 to 2014, and is now serializing Tokyo Ghoul:re. Shueishapublished the 13th volume of Tokyo Ghoul:re last October, and will publish the 14th volume on Friday.

As of last June, the manga had a combined 24 million copies in print. Shueisha had published 11 volumes of Tokyo Ghoul:re at the time.

Viz Media has licensed the Tokyo Ghoul:re sequel series, and it released the manga's first volume last October. Viz Media previously released all 14 volumes of the original Tokyo Ghoul manga in English.
