The Official 2015 JDO Rainmeter Calendar

After a long wait, I am pleased to announce that the 2015 Rainmeter calendar is working without a hitch. Thanks to @Joshier for the design used.

System requirements:
Windows Vista or higher
Rainmeter v2.3 or higher (v3.x recommended) Link

If you need to download and install Rainmeter, you can visit their website (link above) to download and for installation instructions. Everything should go smoothly, but if you do run into a problem, I can try and help troubleshoot. Keep in mind, more advance problems should be directed to Rainmeter's support.

Assuming you have Rainmeter up and running you can now install the calendar:

1. Go to the DA page and download the .rmskin file
2. Double click on the .rmskin file
3. Choose the option to Install.
4. Once done, go to the Taskbar and click on the arrow to show hidden icons.
5. Click on the Rainmeter icon
6. Click the small arrow then the left of the folder named “2015 JDO calendar”
7. Click the “JDO calendar.ini" icon and click the button “Load”

Once installed, by default, the calendar will be in the top-left corner. You can drag it to any portion of you desktop as you see fit. In you feel the calendar is either too large or too small for you screen/liking, you can change that! When you hover you mouse over the calendar, a small gear will be shown near the top-right of the calendar. Clicking that will open up the scale option.

The Notepad icon will toggle the Notepad, which can be edited by clicking anywhere within the notes. Once the notes are saved, the calendar will reflect the change within a minute.

Note:
If, when you click the gear icon, Windows prompts you what program to use, choose Notepad or any text editor of your choice.

Omg, i know how to make calenders, i learned in shcool using adobe PS and ADOBE In design.

 

Due to the lack of participation in the idea thread (the one BK linked), I don't know what the community wants. At this point, I only have general code and no images to go with it, no widget ideas, nothing really. I assumed since there was almost no input, that no one really cared for a 2016 version.
