Guest cast members include Mariko Shinoda, Naomasa Musaka, Yū Inaba, Yoshiyuki Shibokura, Honkon, YOUNG DAIS, Arisa Komiya, Shigemitsu Ogi, Hideo Nakano, Hitoshi Ozawa, and Ryō Kimura.

Ryō Ryūsei (right in image above) is playing main character Teru Konda, while Maika Yamamoto (left) is playing Maki Haru.

Tadaaki Hōrai (live-action Kodoku no Gourmet) is directing the series, and Kiyoshi Inoue and Yū Kanda are penning the scripts for the series. The series will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on March 6.

The manga centers on gourmet-loving high school student Teru Konda, who is also a newly minted gangster of the Shimofuriniku-gumi yakuza group. He takes inspiration from yakuza life and puts it into his cooking, such as crafting a pasta dish that he associated with a man being tied up with rope.

The manga launched in Kodansha's Shōnen Magazine R in 2015. Kodansha published the manga's fifth compiled book volume on November 16.
