I think the format needs a couple things

Name: *name of manga*
Status: *Is it ongoing, completed, dropped?*
Availability: *Can you find all current chapters Online (Provide a link if you can)*
Genre: .........
Reason: *Give reason for recommending.*
Anime adaption: *tell if it has an anime as well as any info on the anime you want to share*

*Optional*
Important notes: *This is for anything else people should probably know. For example is it Gory, is there anything some people might have a real problem with, or is there something really special about this series that some people may just love*

Letting people know at the start what it's status is and helping them find it is important and as an extra option including any important details will help get people to check it out.

Theme: Folklore
Reason: The main reason i highly recommend it is because the actual manga is one of the few mangas that i know of that crosses over with another manga called Tsubasa.
Anime adaption: There are a total of 2 seasons and 2 OAVs however only the first season was dubbed which is a total of 23 episodes and 1 OAV.

 

I have xxxHolic on my list but i might bump it up a couple of spaces now.
And i agree with you Metazoxan those added would be a good help.

Reason: I thoroughly enjoyed this anime up to its current chapter, it has an interesting storyline but i don't want to ruin anything so just try it and see.

Important notes: The manga is pretty gory involving the death of all forms of people.

Genre: Horror, Mystery
Reason: I loved reading it. It isn't that gruesome or that scary but it's a good read and keeps your attention. Also isn't too lengthy. Overall a good way to pass your time.
Anime adaption: Yes, 12 Episodes
Important notes: Has a tiiiiny bit of gore.
