    So a little tidbit I noticed was that upon pressing the random anime function on this website takes you to the same series as the first time you pressed it

    Is it supposed to do this or what?

    It's probably your cache.
    I tried om different devices, always end up on tsukihime (good series btw), and in incognito mode I always end up on case closed detective Conan.

    Last I checked, the Random Anime changes at a set time, so it's not random on a per click/user/session basis.
