Otakon Vegas To Host Art Director Yoichi Nishikawa, Producers Katsuhiro Takei, Kiyotaka Waki

The official Twitter account for the Otakon Vegas convention announced on Wednesday that it will host producers Katsuhiro Takei and Kiyotaka Waki at this year's convention. It previously announced that art director Youichi Nishikawa will also be a convention guest.

Youichi Nishikawa has contributed background art to anime such as Black Butler, Wolf Children, Howl's Moving Castle, Ponyo, The Secret World of Arrietty, The Wind Rises, and more. He will be offering a drawing demonstration at the convention.

Katsuhiro Takei joined the animation division at TOHO in 2013. He has served as producer on anime such as Himouto! Umaruchan, your name., Little Witch Academia, and Land of the Lustrous.

Kiyotaka Waki joined the animation Studio Madhouse in 2007. In 2011, he joined Studio Chizu and served as producer on works such as Wolf Children and The Boy and The Beast. Waki joined the animation Studio Orange in 2016, where he worked on Land of the Lustrouswith Takei.

Otakon Vegas 2018 will take place from January 19-21 at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
