Opening Song Elimination Game

    Okay i know its an hour early but i got to get to bed or else i won't have enough sleep to work my 1st shift job, but enough with my excuses

    Elimination Rules:
    1. YOU MUST TALLY THE VOTE AS YOU GO. IF YOU DON’T TALLY, YOUR VOTE IS NULL.
    2. This is a game and should be treated as such. Please keep your butthurt/gloating  to a minimum.
    3. Final votes will be tallied nightly by myself or another designated individual around 10/11 pm EST.
    4. Votes posted after the final tally is called do not count toward elimination.
    5. Votes on new accounts made specifically to turn the tide of an elimination will be nullified. If you suspect a new account to be fraudulent, you must call for a Moderator to check the IP before the round ends. If an account is found to be fraudulent during a match, the vote will be nullified. Previous voting will not be overturned.
    6. Anyone bending or breaking the rules will be disqualified.
    7. Tie votes will be decided by the “Choose a Number Game”, should that tie I'll flip a coin
    8. Rules are subject to change as deemed necessary.

    As much as I agree with Siets about the blind Gundam hate, the mix of Japaneses and European styles of music in Katayoku no Tori (two styles I love) mean I have to go with it.

    Just a thought, maybe you could post the YT video for both openings when you start each round. Gives everyone a chance to listen to them instead of voting for the familiar anime if they don't recognize the opening.

    (also, lol the Doge threads tags are starting to catch on)

    if people really cared for this game in particular it isn't that hard to go out of your way to search and watch a minute and a half opening, while making my bracket I  searched every song I was unfamiliar with, fortunately for me that only happened to be 10 songs. I also figure that someone will post them as seen with this round, Maddy and Siets provided the corresponding OP's. We'll have to see with future rounds but I have a feeling this will happen in most cases.

    Indeed it would be easy enough for anyone to post the openings if ginger wants to do it thats fine but someone will surely post them each round. Voting gundam because have it on my playlist and think it is an awesome song although i do enjoy the other one as well

    I downloaded all the openings prior to making my bracket, so as I didn't have to rely on memory. And just saying, a few of the songs didn't have the normal OP anywhere, only being able to find the full version.

    (also, lol the Doge threads tags are starting to catch on)
