    Our Chatango is growing again in popularity. We are looking to add 2 Chatango mods. We have some requirements in order to join.

    * Stay up to date on the Chatango rules
    (This is the most primary requirement of chat mods. In order to moderate and mediate correctly you must be fluent with our Chatango rules. Mods must frequently read the Chatango rules in order to stay constantly up to date. https://justanimeforum.net/threads/chatango-rules.12984/)

    * Be a registered member of the forum
    (We require all staff to be active on our forum and stay up to date to threads posted in the staff section.)

    * Be willing to post user infractions in our department of corrections
    (We require Chatango staff to document bans and warnings in our corrections section. This ensures staff actions are justified.)

    * Be active in chat at least 20 hours a week
    (This may seem like a big requirement for some. But in order to be staff for our chat you must be able to be active in chat for at least 3 hours a day.)

    * Must be fair
    (This might seem like a simple request. We don't want chat mods being extremely strict with members. We want bans to be the last resort. Mods need to be fair and lean towards warnings instead of bans. Bans should always be a last resort for habitual rule breakers.)

    • Have you read the Chatango mod requirements?
    • Are you familiar with the Chatango rules?
    • Will you be able to comply with these rules?
    • How long are you in chat each day?
    • What would you do to make our chat a friendlier place?
    • What would you do if someone was harassing other members?

    But as for being a chat mod are you willing to fulfill all the duties that comes with the role? I'd consider you over others because of your previous staff work here.

    I have read the requirements, am familiar with the rules, are willing to comply with them, am active very often, would make chat a friendlier place by making sure all users and anons are treated fairly in compliance with the rules, and would give someone harassing a member a warning... see if they stopped, then fill out a ban notice on the forum.

    Yea should be fine I am more active now and i tend to lurk in the chat while i am online.If need anything from me just ask i wouldn't mind helping out again if needed.

    After some ad adjustments to the site we are growing in traffic again. With TheBlueStripe leaving staff and the numbers in chat increasing we need one more person to help us. JustAnime is looking for one person to assist as mod in our chatango. Please refer to the original post in this thread for more details.

    once again sir I would like to say that I want to apply for the job! I read all the rules I can comply with all of them and I'm on for like 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 hours a day and to make this place better I would make sure everyone keeps the chat and if there is harassment I will handle it the right way by giving warnings and if continued a ban sir! I understand I may not be the best for the job but I'm willing to try

    well sir I am usually on at 1 pm to 7pm then I take a break and get back on at 9 or 10 pm then finish for the night at 1 am

    well i havent rlly gone on at that time before sir but I'm not doing anything at that time I can come on if you need me to its rlly not a problem to me I can be on at whatever time
